Gerber Products Co. Selects Cision to Monitor Print, Online, and Social Media Coverage

CHICAGO, January 6, 2010 – Cision, the leading provider of media research, distribution, monitoring and analysis services to the public relations industry and other communicators, today announced that Gerber Products Company has selected the award-winning CisionPoint integrated PR workflow solution as its campaign management platform.

Gerber will use CisionPoint as its single online software platform to monitor and analyze coverage from hundreds of thousands of print publications, online news sites and blogs, as well as track broadcast coverage throughout North America. It will rely on the industry-standard Cision Media Database to help plan its campaigns and connect with the right journalists.

In addition to CisionPoint, Gerber selected the Cision Social Media Dashboard to monitor online conversation on over 100 million blogs, microblogs, social networking sites, online forums, and news- and video-sharing sites.
