CHICAGO, October 14, 2011 – Cision, the leading provider of PR software, services and tools for the marketing and PR industry, today announced a new feature designed to enhance its CisionPoint software. The feature, “Cision Social Publish,” underscores the importance of social media in public relations and marketing campaign management by implementing a social publishing element. The new capabilities in Cision Social Publish will allow PR professionals and marketers to reach their target audiences through multiple social media platforms and with multiple types of content, including video, podcasts, white papers and more.
Through Cision’s partnership with PitchEngine, Social Publish enables all types of branded content to easily be uploaded by users to social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.

- The option to integrate newsfeeds on the user’s company website
