Onsite Training

If you have a large number of users to train, you may want to consider Cision University’s Onsite Training. All of our training sessions can be conducted onsite upon client request and may be tailored based upon your needs. Sessions vary in length depending on the content covered, and are hands-on accessing your actual CisionPoint account.

Train-the-Trainer

Organizations that have the support to establish their own ongoing, internal Cision training programs continue to get the most out of their investment year after year. For the first half of this session, we will provide in-depth product training highlighting your company's policies and procedures, best practices for implementing an ongoing training program, and supporting documentation. We will review how users at all levels of your organization should use CisionPoint. In the second half of the day, you will practice running a training class so that by the end of the session you are ready to coordinate and hold targeted sessions with your staff.

Key Office Contact (KOC) Workshop

This course was developed specifically to meet the needs of our large enterprise customers with users in multiple satellite offices. The purpose is to put in place a pyramid infrastructure, with end-users at the base, key office contacts in the middle to help control the flow of information, and the System Manager on top. This allows for efficient and effective communications in both directions. During the first day of the workshop, we will review goals for the workshop, key roles and responsibilities (System Manager, Project Managers, and Key Office Contacts), your organization's current workflow, data subscriptions, and hold intensive product training. During the second day of the workshop, we will conclude product training and then have the KOCs take turns holding functionality-specific training sessions for the rest of the class.
